I have also been working as a Live Sound Engineer for a busy band based in Exmouth, but Gigging all over Devon for the last 2 years. I have worked with Analogue and Digital Equipment and currently use a fully Digital Presonus StudioLive 24.4.2 desk for this work. Not only does this come with 24 channels of Gating, Limiting, Compression and Semi-parametric EQ, but also 10 Aux outs (or 5 Stereo pairs) and 8 31 band EQ's (4 Stereo pairs). It also allows me to record (digitally) straight from the desk.
I have used the Reaper DAW extensively along with Cubase, Ableton Live and ProTools. I chose Reaper because the support is second to none, and the low latency means it is extremely responsive to my needs.
Background
I have been a Linux user and administrator since 2007 and recently completed my Diploma in C Programming and also my Diploma in Web Design, with an Internationally recognised body.
I have been repairing Computers, upgrading hardware and removing harmful software for many years, and offer a personal and friendly service, in plain English
